Privacy Policy
Effective: July 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data SniperAlgo AI ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use sniperalgoai.com, create a customer account, or purchase a subscription to our Sniper Robots and managed VPS service, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We aim to collect the absolute minimum needed to deliver the service.
1. Data We Collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (or your Google sign-in identity if you register with Google), plus an optional referral code.
- Plan purchased & subscription dates — to activate your plan in the dashboard, assign your Sniper Robots and managed VPS, and send renewal reminders.
- Service usage data — robot status, VPS status, and dashboard settings needed to operate your subscription (e.g., which robots are running).
- Push notification subscription — only if you enable notifications, we store the browser push token needed to deliver renewal reminders to your device. You can disable this at any time.
- Payment metadata (transaction ID, gateway, amount) — required for receipt and dispute handling. Card numbers, UPI IDs, crypto wallet addresses, and bank details are never seen or stored by us; they are handled exclusively by our payment processors.
- Server logs — standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) on payment-webhook and API endpoints, retained for fraud prevention and debugging for up to 90 days.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Your card number, UPI PIN, or crypto private keys.
- Your real-time positions, balances, or trading history.
- Sensitive personal data such as government IDs, health, or biometric information.
To connect your robots we store only your MT5 account number, broker name, and server name. Your MT5 trading password is used solely to set up the terminal inside your own managed VPS and is never stored in our customer database, never sold, and never used for anything other than operating the service you purchased.
We do use a limited advertising-measurement cookie (the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors find us and to measure our ad campaigns — this is described in full in Section 6, and you can decline it from the cookie notice shown on your first visit.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and operate your customer account and dashboard.
- To activate your subscription, assign your Sniper Robots, and provision your managed VPS.
- To send transactional emails and optional push notifications (purchase receipts, renewal reminders, important security or product updates).
- To respond to support requests sent to support@sniperalgoai.com or via Telegram.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized license sharing.
- To comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and the information you give us at checkout (your email and purchase details) is used only to fulfil your purchase and support our product — never uploaded to advertising platforms. The only advertising-related processing is the anonymous website-visit and conversion measurement performed by the Meta Pixel, described in Section 6.
4. Third-Party Processors
To operate the service we rely on the following processors, each with their own privacy policy:
- Razorpay (India) — INR/UPI payment processing.
- PayPal (USA) — USD international payment processing.
- NOWPayments (Estonia) — cryptocurrency payment processing.
- Hostinger SMTP — transactional email delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (fallback).
- Vercel (USA) — website and dashboard hosting.
- MongoDB Atlas (USA) — encrypted cloud database where customer accounts, subscriptions, and service records are stored.
- Google (USA) — optional "Sign in with Google" authentication; used only if you choose it, and we receive only your name and email.
- GitHub (USA) — encrypted private repository where legacy purchase records (email, plan, purchase date, license key) are stored.
- VPS infrastructure providers — the data-center partners on which your managed VPS runs; they host your robot environment but receive no marketing use of your data.
- Meta Platforms (USA) — the Meta Pixel measures anonymous website visits and ad-conversion events (Section 6). It does not receive your email or payment details.
Each processor receives only the minimum information required to perform its function (e.g., your email is shared with the email provider; your payment amount and reference is shared with the gateway).
5. Data Storage & Security
Customer accounts, subscriptions, and service records are stored in an access-restricted, encrypted MongoDB Atlas database; passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Legacy purchase records are kept in an access-restricted private GitHub repository. All communication with the website, dashboard, payment gateways, and our APIs is transmitted over HTTPS, and dashboard sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies. Webhook payloads are verified via HMAC signatures (Razorpay SHA-256, NOWPayments SHA-512, PayPal verify-API) before any account action is taken. Secrets and API keys are stored as encrypted environment variables on our hosting provider and are never exposed in client-side code.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Essential storage. The website uses a small number of local-storage entries strictly on your own device to remember UI preferences (such as the active chart tab) and your cookie-consent choice. These are not shared with anyone.
Meta Pixel (advertising measurement). We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand how visitors interact with the site. The pixel records anonymous events such as a page view, viewing a pricing plan (ViewContent), starting checkout (Lead), and completing a purchase (Purchase, including the plan name and amount). It may set cookies and share a hashed/limited set of technical data (such as IP address and browser information) with Meta to attribute ad conversions and, where applicable, show you relevant ads. We do not send your email address, payment details, or license key to Meta.
Your choice. On your first visit we show a cookie notice. If you select Decline, we instruct the pixel to stop collecting events for your session and on future visits. You can also block such cookies in your browser settings, install Meta's opt-out tools, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook / Instagram account. For more detail, see Meta's Privacy Policy. Declining does not affect your ability to browse the site or complete a purchase.
Vercel Web Analytics (aggregate traffic). We use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our hosting platform Vercel Inc., to count page views and understand aggregate traffic trends (such as top pages, referrers, and visitor country). It is cookieless, stores nothing on your device, and does not collect or retain any personally identifiable information — it cannot be used to identify you or track you across other websites.
7. Email & Push Communications
We send only transactional messages — welcome and purchase confirmations, renewal reminders, and critical product or security updates — by email and, if you opt in, by browser push notification. We do not send marketing newsletters from this address. You can disable push notifications from your dashboard or browser settings at any time, and you can request to stop renewal-reminder emails by replying to any of our emails or contacting support@sniperalgoai.com.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate or out-of-date information.
- Delete your customer record (subject to legal retention requirements such as tax records).
- Export a copy of your data in machine-readable form.
To exercise any of these rights, contact support@sniperalgoai.com from the email address associated with your purchase. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Data Retention
Customer account and subscription records are retained for as long as your account exists, plus the period required to comply with applicable tax and accounting laws. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You can request account deletion as described in Section 8.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be at this URL with the effective date noted at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email to active license holders where reasonably possible.
