These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SniperAlgo AI website (sniperalgoai.com), your customer account and dashboard, our automated trading robots (the "Sniper Robots"), the managed VPS hosting bundled with your plan, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

SniperAlgo AI is a subscription-based algorithmic trading platform. A subscription gives you access to one or more proprietary Sniper Robots — automated trading programs for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform — deployed and run on a managed Virtual Private Server (VPS) that we provision and operate for you. You monitor and control your robots remotely from your customer dashboard, from any device. The robots trade on your own MT5 broker account using technical analysis rules. SniperAlgo AI does not hold customer funds, does not operate broker accounts on its own behalf for customers, and does not provide individualized financial advice.

2. Accounts & Registration

Using the Service requires a customer account. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

3. Subscription Plans & Access

On successful payment, SniperAlgo AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for the duration and scope of your purchased plan:

• Starter (1 Month): one (1) Sniper Robot of your choice, with one month of managed VPS included.
• Pro (3 Months): two (2) Sniper Robots of your choice, with three months of managed VPS included.
• Elite (6 Months): all current and newly released Sniper Robots, with six months of managed VPS included.
• Business (Custom): custom volume terms for firms, communities, and resellers, agreed individually with our sales team.

Access is tied to your customer account and is personal to you. Sharing account credentials, reselling access, or redistributing the Sniper Robots in any form is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination of your subscription without refund, unless expressly agreed in a Business plan.

4. Subscription Term, Expiry & Renewal

Subscriptions run for the fixed period of the purchased plan and do not auto-renew — there are no recurring automatic charges. We send renewal reminders by email (and push notification, if enabled) before expiry. If a subscription is not renewed, robot trading is stopped and the bundled VPS may be deactivated after expiry. Renewing restores service under the then-current plan terms.

5. Managed VPS — Scope & Fair Use

The managed VPS included in your plan is provisioned, configured, and maintained by SniperAlgo AI exclusively for running your Sniper Robots and the associated MT5 terminal. It is not a general-purpose server: you may not use it to host other software, send bulk mail, mine cryptocurrency, or run workloads unrelated to the Service. We may perform maintenance, migrations, or restarts as needed to keep the Service healthy; we aim to schedule disruptive maintenance sensibly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed by independent third-party gateways — Razorpay (India), PayPal (international), and NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). SniperAlgo AI does not store payment card details. Prices are subject to change at any time; a price change never affects a subscription period you have already paid for.

7. Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Foreign exchange, gold, CFD, and leveraged trading may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance of any Sniper Robot is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed on this website or in product documentation.

The Sniper Robots are provided strictly as software automation tools. They are not financial advice, an investment recommendation, a managed account service, or a guarantee of profit. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, the risk settings you apply, the broker you choose, and the funds you commit to your broker account. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose and test on a demo account first.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sniper Robots, their source code, the SniperAlgo AI brand, the website, dashboard, content, and all related materials are the exclusive property of SniperAlgo AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants usage rights only, not ownership. You may not copy, extract, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Sniper Robots. Source-code access, where offered, is available only under a separately agreed Business plan.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account, resell access, or redistribute the Sniper Robots without a Business agreement.
• Use the Service in jurisdictions where automated trading is restricted by law.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, subscription expiry, or the platform's access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Sniper Robots from the managed environment.
• Use the managed VPS for anything other than the Service (see Section 5).
• Use the SniperAlgo AI brand or website content in misleading marketing claims.

10. Termination

SniperAlgo AI may suspend or terminate your account and subscription for material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to credential sharing, chargeback abuse, or prohibited use. On termination for breach, your dashboard access ends and any associated VPS is deactivated; no refund is owed. You may stop using the Service at any time; fixed subscription periods already paid are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SniperAlgo AI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. SniperAlgo AI shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker disputes, VPS or connectivity downtime, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably via email at support@sniperalgoai.com; if not resolved within 30 days, the courts at the registered location of SniperAlgo AI shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

SniperAlgo AI may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the effective date updated. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
